Enterprise Solution Architect
Bob worked for Oracle and served as our Intel platform hardware account manager when I was at Active.com. What impressed me most about Bob was his ability to truly understand his customer's needs, identify the most appropriate solution, remain focused on the big picture relationship rather than short-term financial gain, and engage directly with his customers on a regular basis. Simple things such as sending a personalized thank you card after each sale were appreciated in this day of impersonal interactions and drove repeat sales from our organization. Even if we were not the largest client, Bob still treated us like we were the most important and ensured that we continued purchasing from him, even after the rest of our organization had written Sun and Oracle off as dead. Bob is a great find for any organization. It was a great pleasure working with Bob and I hope that our paths cross again in the future.
