Lisa Markey joins MTMG as our Cybersecurity and Compliance Consultant, bringing over 20 years of leadership in cybersecurity and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). She has successfully led security initiatives at organizations including Barclays, Shearman & Sterling LLP, The Estée Lauder Companies, and Open Banking. Lisa specializes in optimizing cybersecurity investments and implementing strategic frameworks to enhance operational resilience.

Throughout her career, Lisa has driven multiple ISO 27001 certifications and implemented robust incident response programs, aligning security strategies with business objectives. She is also a mentor for Women in Tech, fostering the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

At MTMG, Lisa will lead compliance initiatives with a focus on helping organizations streamline processes, reduce audit fatigue, and maintain compliance with industry frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and DORA.
