With over three decades of global corporate experience, Mr. Franciosa collaborates with boards, senior executives, and their teams, guiding them from the strategic development phase through to the execution of complex business transformations.

He has dedicated his career to serving as a corporate executive, spending the last 13 years in leadership roles at Global Fortune 250 companies. His positions included:

SVP, Chief Information and Digital Officer at LyondellBasell Industries
SVP, Chief Information and Digital Officer at Praxair, Inc.
SVP, Information and Integration Officer at The Linde Group

In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing the companies’ global information technology functions, encompassing strategy, digital and analytics, programs, delivery, and cybersecurity.

Mr. Franciosa is a globally recognized senior business executive renowned for his expertise in technology and digital transformations, advanced data and analytics, cybersecurity, risk management, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He excels in rapidly driving growth strategies and optimizing shared services in competitive markets. Marc combines strategic business acumen with hands-on operational leadership, consistently delivering results and enhancing shareholder value.

His leadership style promotes a collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving, fosters professional development, and cultivates a high-performance culture within complex, global organizations. Having lived on four continents, Marc brings a profound understanding and appreciation for leading diverse, cross-cultural teams.

Mr. Franciosa earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Villanova University and currently holds US security clearance. He lives in Houston, Texas, with his wife and 2 daughters.
