Throughout her career, she has been a trusted advisor to enterprises, hospitality groups, and technology partners, leveraging her deep expertise in telecom infrastructure, voice solutions, and AI-driven automation to optimize customer experiences and streamline operations.
Melinda most recently served as a Global Hospitality Executive at BluIP, where she focuses on advanced communication platforms, AI-powered guest engagement, and enterprise-level PBX solutions. At BroadSoft (later acquired by Cisco), she played a pivotal role in scaling cloud-based communication platforms and became known for her ability to deliver results in Hospitality markets.
Before joining BroadSoft, Melinda built a successful career as a telecom auditing consultant and project manager for the hospitality industry, where she gained extensive knowledge of the sector’s unique operational requirements, technology integrations, and cost optimization strategies. This hands-on expertise laid the foundation for her exceptional ability to design and deliver solutions tailored to complex enterprise and hospitality environments.
An entrepreneur at heart, Melinda is the founder of AmbiVoice, a voice-over and consulting company offering communication audits, project management, and RFP oversight for enterprise and hospitality clients. She is also deeply involved in Linked In Cedar Rapids, a professional networking group dedicated to connecting and empowering female business leaders in Eastern Iowa.
